Connie B. Dowell
In this episode, Connie shares a bit about the subjects that inform her novels, how she hopes to impact young readers and how independent authors should approach writing as a business.
About the Author
Connie B. Dowell is a writer for kids and teens who swears she only steals things or solves murders on paper. Her latest in the Emmie and Dessa Mysteries, DEAD MAN’S JAZZ, is set in Savannah, Georgia in 1919 and releasing this spring. Connie and her husband live in Houston and have two tiny people who crawl all over them while the adults drink more coffee than is probably wise.
