There are those of us with a ‘soul rumbling’; seeking more, but at a loss. We may flounder about, clumsily walking around in circles on a jagged path to nowhere. But because our soul yearns and communicates there’s more, we know can find solace in knowing there are others that can assist us in ‘clear-seeing’.

She guides others in living their heart and soul-centered lives, providing high levels of clarity and direction. The result is feeling validated, reassured and affirmed. She holds a Master’s Degree in education, is an experienced, certified yoga instructor.
Cathy has been teaching yoga to individuals and groups since 2006 and providing Intuitive Energy Reading & Healing sessions since 2018, she is passionate about meeting you where you are, and empowering your wellness and soul-centered life.
